Spicy Chilli Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients


400g boneless chicken, sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, sliced
1 red & 1 green capsicum, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp Fresh ST Extra Hot Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey (optional)
½ tsp black pepper
Spring onions & sesame seeds for garnish
Method
Heat oil in a wok or pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Add the garlic, onion, and capsicum. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Mix the Fresh ST Extra Hot Chilli Sauce, soy sauce, honey, and black pepper in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, then toss well to coat evenly.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats everything beautifully.
Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
